1. Using Our Website

We sell home textiles, including bedding, towels, curtains, rugs and table linens. We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and natural fabrics may show small variations in texture or shade. Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We make every effort to ensure prices on our website are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment, and responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Faulty Goods
